22-13 - Investment Advisory Services

The City of Ann Arbor (City) is soliciting proposals from investment advisory firms (referred to hereafter as consultant) for portfolio management services for approximately $300 million in operating and capital funds (non-pension funds). The contract will be for a period of 5 years with service to begin July 1, 2022 and extend through June 30, 2027. A contract extension of two years, concluding June 30, 2029, will be executable with consent of both the City and the consultant.
