A pre-proposal meeting will be held:
WHEN: January 7, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
WHERE: Ann Arbor Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
49 Old Dixboro Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105
A site tour will be provided during this pre-proposal meeting, which will be the only opportunity for Contractors to have access to the WWTP staff for a guided tour. It is recommended that Contractors personally inspect the WWTP to gain detailed knowledge of operating and loading conditions prior to submitting proposals. Contractors shall determine to their own satisfaction the conditions to be encountered, the difficulties involved and all other factors that may affect the work proposed.

The meeting is not mandatory; however, it is highly recommended that interested offerors attend the meeting.
