The City of Ann Arbor Employees' Retirement System (CAAERS) and Retiree Health Care Benefit Plan & Trust (CAARHCBP) are requesting Requests for Information for a legal advisor as part of its fiduciary responsibility to assure CAAERS/CAARHCBP are receiving the optimal level of service at the best price. The CAAERS routinely tests the market for all consultants and advisor services as a part of its fiduciary responsibilities to assure that the Plans are being best served. This Request for Information (RFI) does not reflect any dissatisfaction with the Plan’s current legal advisors.
