The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a highly qualified consultant or consultant team to provide transportation engineering and planning services for the N. Main Street/BR 23 Corridor in anticipation of planned underground utilities and road reconstruction projects. Services under this request for proposal will evaluate and develop opportunities to support increased land use density along the corridor; increase mobility options through walking, cycling, and transit travel within the existing right of way; improve safety performance; and highlight entry into the city with a gateway to downtown.
