ITB-3917 - OFFICE FURNITURE - CTN

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor's Financial Services Area, Procurement Unit, is soliciting quotations for Office Furniture to be installed at the new Community Television Network (CTN) Offices at 2805 Industrial Blvd., Ann Arbor, MI. 

The award will be to the lowest responsible total bid or in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Ann Arbor. The City will have the option of adding or deleting quantities of components as determined by internal purchasing cycles and/or budget constraints. The winning vendor will be issued a contract purchase order and they must adhere to the entire General Conditions list below and on the purchase order. 

 Note: The City of Ann Arbor reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any bid or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any bid, and to make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City.
