ITB-4410 - Property Cleaning and Sanitation Services

Summary of Specifications:
Work To Be Performed Include 1. Remove any water left standing on the floor, once the water has receded down the floor drain. 2. Remove damaged items from basement or other locations to owner agreed location on the premises or disposal by contractor. (NOTE: City does not provide disposal service) 3. Sanitize floors, stairs, ceilings and walls that came in contact with the water from the flooding or sanitary backup. This includes the moving furniture and appliances so areas behind and under can be sanitized properly. 4. Clean and sanitize hard surface items (chairs (non-upholstered), tables, sports equipment etc.) that came in contact with the water. 5. De-water or removal of area rugs. 6. Remove carpets and padding 7. Document response summary and items removed. Documentation must also include any state and federal reporting requirements. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining property owner’s signature. 8. Remove and dispose of all equipment and waste materials resulting from its operations immediately on completion of its services.
