The City of Ann Arbor (herein described as the City) Water Treatment Plant is seeking a consultant (herein described as the Offeror/Consultant) to provide public engagement services to support the development of the Water Treatment Plant Long-term Facility Plan work effort.
The City has separately advertized Requests for Proposals (RFP) to procure the services of a consulting engineer to prepare a WTP Long-Term Facility Plan. The City will select the consulting engineer for this plan. The successful Proposer of this RFP #20-05 – Public Engagement Services for WTP Long Term Facility Plan shall be subcontracted by the consulting engineer who will provide
technical assistance and support as needed to the Public Engagement Consultant.
