The City of Ann Arbor (the City) is seeking the services of a firm to perform an analysis of the costs and benefits of the City taking over jurisdiction of the State-owned roads within the city limits from the Michigan Department of Transportation. The selected firm will be expected to perform the necessary research and analysis, and ultimately advise the City on this subject. While the City has laid out a scope outline in the below RFP, it is likely incomplete and could be missing key elements needed for this effort. Therefore, responders will be expected to develop and propose their own scope of work in their proposal.
