The City will hold a pre-bid conference for this project on Friday, May 4, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. in the
4th Floor Conference Room of the Guy C. Larcom Building (City Hall), located at 301 East Huron
Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48104.
Attendance at this conference is highly recommended. City staff will answer administrative and
technical questions regarding the project at this time. The pre-bid conference is only for
informational purposes. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing by the
Financial Service Area, Procurement Unit. City staff will issue an addendum to affirm answers
that change or substantially clarify the bid.
