Summary of Specifications:
Sealed Bids will be received PM for Cationic Emulsion Polymer (Polymer) for use by the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. Polymer must be supplied to the City Wastewater Treatment Plan, FOB destination, freight prepaid. The selected bidder will be responsible for transferring the product from the transport vehicle to the City storage vessel.
