Summary of Specifications:
The scope of work to be done includes the installation of owner-supplied playground equipment, benches, tree planting, concrete flatwork, excavating & grading, engineered wood fiber safety surfacing or poured in place rubberized safety surfacing, and related site work. Bid documents may be obtained on or after May 16, 2006 from the Procurement Office, Fifth Floor, City Hall, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

A pre-bid conference will be held 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 17th, 2006 at Wellington Park. This meeting is not mandatory in order to submit a bid, but is recommended.

A fee of $15.00 per set of documents will be charged. No refunds will be given for returned documents.
