ITB-4221 - West High Service Pump Station

Summary of Specifications:
Work to be done includes the construction, startup, and testing of a new high service pump station at the City of Ann Arbor Water Treatment Plant. The pump station will be three levels with an approximate footprint of 2,000 square feet and will be approximately 27 feet deep. The pump station will include four (4) vertical turbine pumps, process piping,valves, surge tank, flow meter, and ancillary equipment. The project will include earth retention, yard piping, cast-in-place foundation, masonry superstructure, paving, boiler system, and other related work. Electrical improvements will include a new transformer, switchboard, variable frequency drives, SCADA, duct bank construction and other related work. NOTE: MITN and A2 websites do not have the complete bid documents. Complete bid documents including drawing must be obtained from Stantec Consulting at 3754 Rancero Drive Ann Arbor, MI 48108 for a non-refundable $20 fee. Only contracts on the Stantec plan holder list will be able to submit bids all others will be disqualified.
