Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ann Arbor, in partnership with Scio Township, is requesting letter proposals for study, design and construction services for the West High Service Pump Upgrade and Barton Pump Station Electrical Improvements Projects. The purpose of these projects is to evaluate Upgrade of the West High Service (WHS) Pumps and associated equipment at the Ann Arbor Water Treatment Plant and replace aging electrical infrastructure at Barton Pump Station. The WHS Pumps project will include a significant modeling component of the West High Service District to evaluate and locate a prospective Elevated Storage Tank in conjunction with pump upgrades.
