There wil be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.. at Fire Station #2, 1000 Fremont Street, Bay City, MI 48708. The pre-bid must be attended in order to submit a bid. Bids will not be accepted unless the bidder has attended the MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and signed the official attendance sheet. Due to Governor Whitmer's Executive Order for social distancing only groups of 7 are allowed at the pre-bid meeting. If needed a second pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. the same day. Sealed proposals will be received electronically by the City of Bay City at the Purchasing Department, City Hall, 301 Washington Avenue, Room 402, Bay City, MI, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. Electronic proposals will be received by the City of Bay City Purchasing Department. Electronic proposals shall be in an un-editable PDF format and include an electronic signature. Proposals shall be sent to CityPurchasing@baycitymi.org and received until 2:00 pm (as measured by the City of Bay City computer timestamp) on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. The email subject line shall read Boiler Replacement Bid #21-0812.
