The walk-through must be attended in order to submit a bid. Bids will not be accepted unless the bidder has attended a MANATORY walk-through and signed the official attendance sheet. Sealed proposals will be received electronically by the City of Bay City at the Purchasing Department,until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Electronic propoosals will be received by the City of Bay City Purchasing Department. Electronical proposals shall be in an un-editable PDF format and include an electronic signature. Proposals shall be sent to CityPurchasing@baycitymi.org and received until 2:00 p.m. (as measured by the City of Bay City computer timestamp) on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.
