Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "2006 IN THE PARK CONCERT AUDIO " will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 21, 2006, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The proposal will be for a three (3) year audio support for the In The Park” Concerts held on Wednesday evenings in Shain Park, unless noted otherwise in the specifications.

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a Contract is executed by both parties. All proposals shall specify terms and show delivery date. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the City.
