Sworn Statement of Qualifications must be submited to the Engineering Department prior to Bid Opening August 31st 2022 at 2:00PM.

Sealed proposals endorsed “2022 – 2023 CAPE SEAL PROGRAM - CONTRACT #06-22(P)” will
be received from contractors by the City of Birmingham, at the office of the City Clerk, located at
151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, August 31,
2022. The proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids submitted after the
exact time specified for receipt will not be considered.
