Sidewalk trip hazard removal program to remove vertical displacements between 0.5" and 1.25" that impact pedestrian travel. This project will have a City option to retain the bider for up to 3 additional years with a contract price with set accelarators due to inflation for each year. The scope of services include approximately 10,000 linear ft of work each year in prescribed locations and emergancy repair work throughout the year on a as needed basis.

Sealed proposals endorsed "2022 Sidewalk Trip Elimination Servvices - CONTRACT # 10-22(SW) " will be received from contractors by the City of Birmingham, at the office of the City Clerk, located at 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, MI 48012, until 2:00 P.M. local time, on Thursday June 2, 2022. The proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids submitted after the exact time specified for receipt will not be considered.
