Description

The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified
professional contractors to perform landscape bed maintenance services in select
parks, city properties and streetscapes located throughout the City of Birmingham
through November 30, 2027. The City has the right to extend the contract an additional
two years through November 30, 2029 (using pricing from 2027) if the City desires to do
so and at the City’s sole discretion. This work must be performed as specified
accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).

Additional Bidding Instructions

One (1) original and one (1) copy of the proposal shall be submitted. The proposal
should be firmly sealed in an envelope, which shall be clearly marked on the outside,
“2025-2027 Landscape Bed Maintenance Services”. Any proposal received after the
due date cannot be accepted and will be rejected and returned, unopened, to the
proposer. Proposer may submit more than one proposal provided each proposal meets
the functional requirements.
