Sealed proposals endorsed “2023-24 Annual Flowers Purchase” will be received at the City Clerk Office, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Tuesday, February 7, 2023.at 2:00pm EST, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Results will be posted on MITN.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide and deliver annual flowers. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin, Birmingham, Michigan, ATTENTION: Brendan McGaughey.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
