REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For Baldwin Public Library Website Redesign & Hosting Sealed proposals endorsed “WEBSITE REDESIGN & HOSTING”, will be received at the Administrative Office, Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 3 :30 p.m. in the Jeanne Lloyd Room of the Baldwin Public Library, 300 W. Merrill Street, Birmingham, MI 48009. Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by April 3 by contacting R e b e k a h C r a f t at (248) 554- 4682 or rebekah.craft @baldwinlib.org.
The Baldwin Public Library is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide professional website design and hosting services. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter- governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill St., Birmingham, Michigan, ATTENTION: Rebekah Craft, Associate Director.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the Library until an agreement has been executed.
