Sealed proposals endorsed “Server Virtualization, Backup, and Disaster Recovery”, will be received at the Administrative Office, Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The Baldwin Public Library is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide professional Server Virtualization, Backup, and Disaster Recovery services. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill St., Birmingham, Michigan, ATTENTION: John Hart, Information Technology Coordinator. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the Library until an agreement has been executed.
