RFP-BIR-04-LIB-RENOV - Baldwin Public Library Renovation

Summary of Specifications:
The Baldwin Public Library of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to perform a renovation of the Technical Services Office and adjoining storage room in the Baldwin Public Library per the specifications contained in the renovation Project Manual. The Project Manual and related architectural plans may be obtained at the administrative offices of the Baldwin Public Library, 300 W. Merrill St., Birmingham, Michigan for a fee of $100. Any request for clarification of this RFP shall be made in writing and delivered to: Marti Custer, Library Director, Baldwin Public Library, 300 W. Merrill St., Birmingham, MI 48009 or custerma@baldwinlib.org . Such request for clarification shall be delivered, in writing, at least five (5) business days prior to the date for receipt of proposals. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the library until library approvals have been made and an agreement has been executed.
