Sealed proposals endorsed “Birmingham Ice Sports Arena LED Lights Replacement” will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 17, 2019 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to perform installation of LED light fixtures at the Birmingham Ice Sports Arena. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, ATTENTION: Carrie Laird, Parks and Recreation Manager
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
