Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Catch Basin Cleaning”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2015 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The proposal will be for the price per catch basin cleaned within a given geographical area of the City of Birmingham. The price will include hauling and disposal of waste off site. Pricing per linear foot shall also be included to jet clean any outlet in a catch basin that is covered by debris, up to a maximum of fifty (50) feet, only upon request herein described in the specifications. The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton St., Birmingham, Michigan, ATTENTION: Paul Matthews at 248-530-1715. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
