Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “City of Birmingham Window Washing Services ”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk,151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2005, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 16, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. at the Birmingham Municipal Building. Bidders must register for the mandatory pre-bid meeting by May 13, 2005 by contacting Carlos Jorge at (248) 644-1800 ext. 342. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required for the work to be performed as specified in the City’s specification for window washing services for ten city facilities.
