REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CITY OF BIRMINGHAM WINDOW WASHING SERVICES
Sealed proposals endorsed “City of Birmingham Window Washing Services”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday March 9, 2010, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read in room #205 at the Birmingham Municipal Building (151 Martin Street).
Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday February 18, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at the Birmingham Municipal Building.
Bidders must register for the pre-bid meeting by Tuesday February 16, 2010 by contacting Carlos Jorge at (248) 530-1882.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified firms specializing in commercial window washing services for ten city own facilities, in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham Maintenance Department, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
