Summary of Specifications:
The Woodward Avenue Action Association (WA3) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to prepare a Complete Streets Master Plan for the Woodward Avenue corridor. The plan will incorporate the concepts and components of Complete Streets to accommodate various users of the road – autos, pedestrians, bicycles, buses, those less able, etc. Existing planning studies will be gathered and incorporated into the Master Plan, and public input and support for the plan will be sought through a vigorous public engagement process.
