Department Of Public Services 851 South Eton, Birmingham, Michigan 48009 (248) 530-1700 Sealed proposals endorsed "DPS-Roof Bid" will be received at the office of the Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2012, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidental items for the re-roofing of the roof located at 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, MI 48009. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING To be considered as a prospective bidder, all bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 9:00 at the Department of Public Services conference room to discuss the work in detail and other miscellaneous items that shall be included in the Contractor’s work and all items discussed shall be considered as included in the contract.
