Sealed proposals endorsed "Dump Truck, October 26, 2004" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 26, 2004, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
