Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Public Services will receive, at its offices at 851 South Eton Road, Birmingham, MI, sealed bids for Fall/Spring 2006/2007 Tree Planting until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Materials shall be in accordance with the specifications prepared by the Department of Public Services.

The bid will be for the cost per tree to plant and/or total project cost to plant approximately 250 2” to 3” B & B trees per planting season in the city’s right-of-way on various streets throughout the City of Birmingham.
