Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Public Services will receive, at its offices at 851 South Eton Road, Birmingham, MI, sealed bids for Fall Tree Planting until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2005, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Materials shall be in accordance with the specifications prepared by the Department of Public Services.

The bid will be for the cost per tree and/or total project cost (on a not to exceed basis) to plant approximately 250 2” to 3” B & B trees in the city’s right-of-way on various streets throughout the City of Birmingham.
