Summary of Specifications:

Sealed proposals endorsed “Golf Cart Lease Bid” will be received at the office of the Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2006 after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The proposal will be for:

(1) The lease of thirty (30) current production Electric Power Golf Carts (2) The lease of ten (10) current production Gas Power Golf Carts

To be leased for five (5) year period with a “pay six/skip six month” payment schedule.
