Approximate quantities are as follows: 1,335 linear feet of main line combined and storm sewer; 1,120 linear feet of water main; 3,847 square yards of new full-depth concrete pavement/curb; 374 square yards of concrete walk/drive approaches; plus other work to make a complete project.

Fully completed Sworn Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to the Engineering Department of the City of Birmingham prior to the bid opening. This shall be done for the above project before the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.

Sealed proposals endorsed “GRANT STREET PAVING PROJECT - Contract #1-21(P)” will be received from contractors by the City of Birmingham, at the office of the City Clerk, located at 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. The proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids submitted after the exact time specified for receipt will not be considered.
