Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Grass Mowing" will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2004, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The proposal will be for the grass mowing of designated locations within the city. The bid will also include pricing for the mowing of private lots that have been determined by the department to be in violation of the city’s Grass and Noxious Weeds ordinance.
