Sealed proposals endorsed “HVAC Services”, will be received at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, MI 48009; until Wednesday, December 6, 2023, 2:00pm EST and after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Results will be posted on MITN. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified companies to establish a contract for HVAC services for the Department of Public Services, Birmingham Ice Sports Arena, Lincoln Hills Golf Course and Springdale Golf Course. The proposal for this work must cover all contingencies, including all labor and material, scaffolding, equipment, rigging, tools, transportation, necessary to perform the HVAC services. Exact quantities or work are unknown and the City of Birmingham is not obligated to order or accept more than the actual requirements during the period of this contract, as determined by actual needs and availability of appropriated funds. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
