Summary of Specifications:
WHEREAS, the PSD, desires to have approximately one hundred ninety-five (195) hanging baskets designed, maintained and placed at various locations throughout downtown Birmingham, performed on its behalf and in connection therewith, has prepared a request for sealed proposals endorsed “Request for Proposal to Provide Birmingham Floral Hanging Baskets” (“RFP”), which includes certain qualifications, capabilities, instructions to bidders, and specifications, and, WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR has made a bid (“Bid”) to provide certain floral services in accordance with the request for sealed proposals, in the amount set forth in its Bid, and which Bid has been accepted by the PSD.
