Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Holiday Lights” will be received at the Department Public Services, 851 S. Eton Rd., Birmingham, Michigan 48009 until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 1st, 2009 after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

The proposal will be for: 1800 sets of clear mini lights, 400 sets of multi-color mini lights, 300 sets of green mini-lights, 300 sets of red mini-lights, 200 sets “cool white” M5 LED lights, and 100 sets multi-color M5 LED lights as described in the specifications to follow. Delivery Deadline to the Department of Public Services at 851 S. Eton, Birmingham MI 48009 October 19th, 2009 or Immediate Delivery (Preferred)
