Sealed proposals endorsed "2004 IN THE PARK CONCERT AUDIO SUPPORT" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2003, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
