Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “Books & Beyond Printing Services”, will be received at the Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 4:30 p.m., Monday, January 16, 2006, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The Baldwin Public Library, Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from professional printing companies to print, assemble and route sort printed Baldwin Public Library quarterly newsletters in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Scope of Work, may be obtained online at the www.govbids.com website by clicking on the link “MITN” (Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network) bid opportunities or at the Baldwin Public Library, 300 West Merrill, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009 (Administration Office).
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the Library until an agreement has been executed.
Any request for clarification of this RFP shall be made in writing and delivered to: Baldwin Public Library, Attn: Julie Farkas, 300 West Merrill, Birmingham, MI 48009 or farkasju@baldwinlib.org. Such request for clarification shall be delivered, in writing, at least five (5) business days prior to the date for receipt of proposals.
