REQUEST FOR SEALED PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE PRINTING AND ADVERTISING SERVICES

Sealed proposals endorsed “Birmingham Magazine”, will be received at the Downtown Birmingham PSD office, 798 North Old Woodward Avenue, Birmingham, MI 48009; until 4:00 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2007, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.

The City of Birmingham is accepting sealed bid proposals for printing, production, mailing and advertising services for the Birmingham Magazine beginning March, 2008.

Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Downtown Birmingham PSD office, 798 North Old Woodward Avenue, Birmingham, MI 48009.

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a written agreement has been executed between the parties.
