REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For New HVAC System for the Birmingham Historical Museum & Park’s Sealed proposals endorsed “New HVAC System for the Birmingham Historical Museum & Park’s”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until 2:00 p.m., Thursday May 29, 2014 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday May 14, 2014 at 9:30 a.m., at the at the Birmingham Historical Museum & Park’s Allen House, 556 W. Maple, Birmingham, MI 48009.

The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required for the installation for a complete HVAC System for Allen House at the Birmingham Historical Museum & Park’s located in the City of Birmingham in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan, attention: Carlos Jorge.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
