Summary of Specifications:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Update the Parks and Recreation Master Plan Sealed bid proposals endorsed “Parks and Recreation Master Plan for the City of Birmingham”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 27, 2017 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The proposal shall be for updating the comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan for the City of Birmingham. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications prepared by the City of Birmingham, Department of Public Services. Specifications are available online with the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.mitn.info. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Parks and Recreation Master Plan for the City of Birmingham”. The date and time of the bid opening must be marked on the envelope. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a Contract is executed by both parties. The City of Birmingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularity in the proposals received and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the City.
