RFP-031417 - PSD Storefront Snow Removal Services

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “PSD Snow Removal Service”, will be received at the Birmingham Principal Shopping District, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 3:00 p.m. on April 12, 2017 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. 

The Birmingham Principal Shopping District (“PSD”) is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide storefront snow removal services for a period of three (3) years, with an option for renewal. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). 

The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan 48009, and ATTENTION: Lori Rondello. 



The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City or PSD until an agreement has been executed.
