ITB-12-14(PK) - Park Street Structure Sidewalk Improvements Project

Summary of Specifications:
The project will include streetscape improvements on Park Street and Ferndale Street, from Oakland Avenue to the public alley immediately south of the City’s Park Street parking structure. Improvements include new sidewalks, exposed aggregate sidewalks, parking structure entrance and exit drive replacement, crosswalk improvements, and tree wells, plus other work to make a complete project. Bidders shall review and comply with all Contract Documents, and supplemental information, as defined in the Instructions For Bidders.
