Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "Renovation to Springdale Shelter located at Springdale Park, August 30, 2005" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2005, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The proposal will be for renovations to Springdale Shelter, which is located at 316 Strathmore Road, east of Woodward between Big Beaver Road and Charring Cross Road:
A. Power washing, resealing of the (interior) underneath the roof. B. Power washing, priming, and painting of the steel beams. C. Replacement, priming and sealing of damaged fascia boards.

The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an Agreement is executed by both parties. All proposals shall specify terms and show delivery date. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the City.
