Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed “ADA Door Operator Replacement”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 151 Martin Street, PO Box 3001, Birmingham, Michigan, 48012; until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 2, 2012, after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified firms to provide all materials and labor to replace two (2) existing ADA Compliant Door Operators at the front entrance to the Baldwin Public Library, located at 300 W. Merrill St, Birmingham, MI 48009. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
This is a Federally Funded project.
The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
