Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "Sidewalk Snow Removal” will be received at the Department of Public Services Office, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009 until 2:00 p.m., November 29, 2011, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The proposal will be for the clearing of snow from public sidewalks in residential areas in the City of Birmingham that are in violation of the City’s snow removal ordinance, as described in the specifications.
