Sealed proposals endorsed “BIRMINGHAM SPRING/SUMMER FLORAL PLANTERS”, will be received at the Birmingham Shopping District, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Thursday, February 11, 2021 by 11:00 AM after which time bids will be opened via a Zoom meeting. The Birmingham Shopping District (“BSD”) is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide and maintain approximately 31 plant arrangements in PSD-owned concrete planters throughout downtown Birmingham. Contractor will be required to remove plants and planter material at end of summer season. Please refer to Attachment E depicting Birmingham’s current flower planter arrangements. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin St., Birmingham, Michigan 48009, and ATTENTION: Steve Quintal.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City or BSD until an agreement has been executed.
