Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals endorsed "Skate Park, August 19, 2003" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 19, 2003, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The proposal will be for the construction of a skate park concrete slab and fencing. The proposal shall include all work associated with providing a concrete slab and associated fencing and gates for a new skate park in the parking lot at the Birmingham Sports Ice Arena, 2300 E. Lincoln, in the City of Birmingham.
